Gabriel was very professional and maintained his composure, even after I had lost mine. I'm particular about my vehicle and have rather high expectations when having it serviced. We ended up getting a 2017 Tahoe with the max tow package which has more towing capacity than the 2017 Dodge Durango or 2017 Ford Expedition. The fixed the door and rear side panel of my car after my father-in-law hit it. The other dealer had their decal prominently displayed on the rear of every Corvette they had proving they were not "car guys". Reeder has so much respect for the car they will not put one of their decals on the rear of any Corvette. The car I was buying was a Corvette Z06 and from driving Corvettes since 1965 I know we owners take a lot of pride in our cars. I shopped at another dealer for price comparison, but it took me only a few seconds to make the decision to favor Reeder. I went to his manager above him the "customer experience" manager jerry McDaniel. This Allen guy proceeded to scream at me on the phone. Took it back in and he wanted to charge me $1400 for the pump. The next week I went in and they took it in and said something was loose, I should be good now. Called and they told me to keep driving it awhile. Drove it 30 min and the light was back on with the coolant leak. I knew it was he water pump I had another guy quote me on it and he was way too high. We spoke at length about my car with another service advisor sitting there. I took my car to this dealership after first speaking to the service department manager Allen surgenor first.
